recs where the main couple is really sweet (bonus points if there's domestic scenes) but they come from a rather dark background? it does not have to be pearl boy levels of dark, just smth where the main characters find healing in each other.

i guess im just looking for story that balances fluff and trauma. i'm very fond of the hurtxcomfort dynamic.

So I remember reading a BL novel a while back. I'm not sure if this has a manhwa adaptation, but I can't for the life of me remember the name (I think it has Gwanggong in the title).

Basically the plot is that this dude transmigrated in a visual novel. MC slept and then woke up in the body of the Gwanggong character and he is basically forced to live life as a stereotypical black flag character even if he hates it (ex. only showering with cold water, living in a dark ass house, only having water in his fridge, being rude as hell, etc). He is presented with choices, and if he acts out of character he loses points (system told him that there is a heavy consequence if those points go down to 0).

Said system also forced him to fall in love with a twink who spilled coffee on him. And there's also another character, which I think is the ML, who he has a bad relationship with at the beginning.

The translation wasn't finished yet when I read it and it was in one of my tabs, but I lost it after deleting my browsing history lol.

any bl with fox-like mcs? ive always seen mls have this attitude, rarely do i see mcs act fox-like.

any recs that are super angsty but still has good comedy/sweet moments?

I've read this waaay way back -- before I even had an account here.

So basically the universe and the characters are basically in a game. It has a very unique look and I believe it had a promo video. It has many chapters and I've long since forgotten the plot. The only thing I can remember about this story is that the art style changes a lot depending on what game the characters are. They look like legos at some point.

MC (I have completely forgotten what he looks like) meets someone he took in as an apprentice who wears a bandana. Later on the bandana gets removed to save MC and it was revealed the apprentice was a girl. She had silver or white-ish hair if I recall correctly.

It had a weirdass cover too if that helps.

If anyone can tell me what this is, it would be gladly appreciated!! I haven't finished the story at all and then suddenly remembered about it after years.

are there any manhwas/novels where the main character is a powerful person in his first life, but was suddenly stripped of his title and had to suffer a miserable life before reincarnating?

If the trauma is carried over to the second life, that'd be great too. The angstier the better. Kinda like Circumstances of a Fallen Lord and Into the Rose Garden.

i've hit a reading slump again. do you guys know any BLs where you can shut your brain off and just enjoy the ride? just something light-hearted and fun (kinda like Punch Drunk Love). i consume everything but i would prefer if it's not too problematic. thank you!!
