When Tae-Seung said he and Soo-Young met once as students — was that actually true? If so, can someone please tell me which chapter shows that scene? I don’t remember it at all!

It's true. There are many times where we see his thoughts. Firstly ch. 3. There we get the first impression. When sooyoung beats taeseung up. He asks him "did we meet before" or something like that.
Than ch. 25 we are able too see a glimpse into his memories. You can recognize the school hall and also the school uniform they are wearing. Taeseung describes how he was beaten up by sooyoung the first time they met.
Then later at the half of the story we see the hole background of taeseung's life. Where he inherited the group but to proof himself worthy he had to kill sooyoung's uncle. They were still in school age. So, taeseung let his frustration out by starting fights with random students. Then sooyoung got between them and won against taeseung.
That was the last time mentioning.
And now at the end taeseung reveales it.
I'm so glad about their conversation. I already got so frustrated and thought sooyoung will never get the chance to know!

What an engaging story! I wouldn’t have minded him ending up with either love interest—no villains or cheap drama, just a tale of love and loss. However, plot holes and inconsistencies weakened it. For instance, the photographer “friend” was emphasized as key to Know’s attraction to Yoon, yet his role—whether as a love interest or just a friend—was never explained or explored. This story had the potential to be much better, but despite its flaws, it remained engaging and touching.

The ending didn’t do this story justice. This was so much more than just a BL; it was a touching, relatable story about two struggling adolescents and everything happening around them. Considering the time the author spent building these characters, their backstories, and the vulnerable yet precious connection between the two main characters, the ending felt undeserved, rushed, and forgettable. I’ll definitely remember this for its amazing earlier and middle chapters, not its mediocre ending!

Tell me u didn’t see understand the ending without telling me u didn’t understand the ending lol I also find it funny you judging someone you haven’t even read yet in English only basing yourself on MTL lmao and on top of that calling it “mediocre” maybe for u it is lol on the contrary it was masterfully done and realistically.
I love them! In my head, they're a switch/versatile couple!
No because I was literally gonna comment this! Like I love when uke don’t seem like ones until they get sexual like Azuma was but just like Azuma gave seme energy sano gave uke energy too. I sooooo wanted them to be a switch couple.
Literally! This is the first couple that I genuinely think would be fine either way (whichever top/bottom)
Would've been interesting to explore that as well
