Now this is what we call a real "Isekai"...the author really went all realistic with this one. The trope where everyone adjusts to their body pronto is way too unrealistic. Forgetting your previous life, friends, family and living like someone else , maintaining dual personalities takes a toll on the body. I am really camping here for this one ..
