Omg a lost gem I finally found again!! Read the first two Chapters and then completely forgot about it because they were not uploading any firther chapters and also I lost my former a/c. Thank Gods for making me find it again!

Okayyy... only one chapter left for Woori to show her resilience and growth to Hanbin trash. Till now, she's been mindful of others and for the first time she'll stand up for herself. You guys will find the next chapter truly fulfilling now that we've come this far. I've commented in this thread before and I've always said that this story is amazing and grounded. I hope more people start giving some respect to this story and the author because this is how you write a slice of life. Even though it does seem like TeacherxStudent, it's not that entirely. The storyline, the characters all seem so real. In fact, I have encountered such similar situation back in college days. One of our Dept.'s Asst. Professors was the husband of one of the Associate Professors in a different Dept. Our seniors told us that the guy(husband) was a Post Graduate student(Final Year) in our University under the mentorship of a senior colleague of the Associate Prof.(the wife). She was a newly recruited Assistant Professor when they met and they were working together for a project. Their love blossomed. The wife is 6-7 years older than him. So, they got married and even had a son. She got promoted to Associate Professor and the husband got selected in our college in his Dept. as Asst. Professor. They're still happily married and I'm friends with her on FB. They're very chill, happily married, no BS family. By the time I got graduated, she had another son.
Also, Woori is building up walls between her and Raejun even though it has started to crumble a bit in Raejun's warmth. Idk how some people get perplexed by this story because so far, it's diving deep into the complex human psychology covering pity, love, obsession, regret, yearning, restraint, abuse, self loathing, self esteem, the list goes on. As someone with a line of profession similar to Woori, I can somehow feel her and relate to her. Most of the women are swayed by charms, charisma and warmth of a man. It's a universal fact. And I can feel how conflicted she gets sometimes even though she's trying so hard to dismiss Raejun's feelings because to her, he's just another student of her. And, look at Raejun's feelings. He's not a child anymore and the woman he loves keeps treating him like one. Anyone in his situation will get hurt. I hope people understand this dynamic from this chapter. Let's give some LOVE to this story!

My honest feelings on this- it was cute but I've had a really bad experience with a whiny boy like the seme. He had zero knowledge and respect about "personal space". He'd get jealous and possessive all the time that it was suffocating me. He wouldn't even let me pursue things I was passionate about. He'd get suspicious and even complained about meeting my friends whom I've known even before him. He was like "you have to text me and call me everyday". He was a complete opposite of me. We both were introverts but he was ugh just like this seme. At first I thought he was cute but within a few months all I wanted was to get rid of him from my life. And I got a chance when we were in our last days of college and I had to return to my home state. What's even funnier is he tried to get back to me even after 4 YEARS!! I got that feeling all over again while reading this webtoon.
What I wanna say to the readers who commented "I want semes like him" is BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR...
Came back after 3 years to find out that it's already over. I gobbled it up in one go. Lol!!

The problem in this relationship is Raejun. He's pushing Woori and it's understandable because don't most of the people do it out of love? But then again, it's not that problematic because so far, he's not going out of control. For a teenager at that rebellious age, he's pretty much mature. And when he said "I won't sit back if he's the one who makes you cry" in the latest Ch.56, he meant it as a man, not as a boy. Men are always possessive of their girlfriends/ the women they love. And the fact that Raejun is not applying to any Korean Arts University because he doesn't want to get selected solely based on his popularity (and his mother) speaks volumes. Personally, that's so mature for me!! I also deeply respect Woori for building up the walls between her and Raejun and also speaking up for herself against Hanbin trash. (Wait till you guys read the next 4 chapters). Idk why many people find this disturbing. Is it because it's set on school life. But, this kind of stories are coming-of-age. People were praising and giving love to such dramas like "Meet me after School" which I found disturbing. I mean the teacher was literally dating, kissing, hugging with the student and the plot is quite similar too, like how Raejun is pushing Woori.
For people who find this webtoon disturbing, PLEASE DON'T EVER COME BACK TO READ THIS AGAIN!! Also, please don't recommend this to your friends as well, if you wanna protect them from such disturbing content.

Also, by "possessive", I meant in a healthy way, you know "when your other half gets jealous and protective but also gives you your space" kind of possessive. Anything can become toxic if it's too much to the other person. That's why the only toxic characters here are Hanbin and Yang Ji-hyo. If an understanding, protective and loving guy like Raejun falls in love with a woman older than him (and she happens to be his teacher), then what's wrong? I agree that it becomes too much if they openly/ secretly start dating atp. But with how the story is pacing and how the Author has written, I don't think Woori will let Raejun's feelings for her overwhelm her. Woori wanted to he a writer before she decided to become a teacher(due to her parents' influence) and I think Raejun's gonna fully support her in the future just like Woori is supporting him (this time she won't give Raejun options like she did in the beginning of the story, like when she kinda influenced him to transfer into Arts department from Humanities based on their bets). Also, it's been just a while that Woori started teaching in Raejun's school (may be a few months or so) since it's mentioned in the story that she just got recommended by Raejun's mother for a permanent post.
