Honestly… I kinda like that horse is offering him “a way out” of his debt. I don’t think it’d be 100% genuine, obviously he’ll try to make Kim Dan stay but giving Dan the idea that it is possible and will happen is the kind of hope he needs right now. Not that the horse is doing that on purpose lmfao
Sure he will try but honestly rn i feel like his priority is making him stay with him until he atleast gets the treatment and where he can keep an eye on him rather than hoping he will love him or want to stay with him again. Which is so refreshing cuz he wasnt portrayed as "heartless" or "evil" to begin with so it kinda makes sense
