I'm betting that Ian decides to be alone.
If he decides to be with Jo, Jo wouldn't want him to keep in touch with TJ but TJ is a bond Ian will never really fully cut ties with, they are family. I don't think Jo would ever be okay with Ian still worried abt TJ, as family, because he knows they got history. They three are not going to find a balance.
If Ian decides to be with TJ, gonna be dragged back to the gang forever and permanently and sacrifice for good the normal life he wanted and i think that would eat TJ up for putting Ian in danger. Ian would keep wondering what that could have been with Jo, the normal calm life.
I don't think there is a good happy ending for Ian when choosing one of them.
