edit: i think it’s useless for comics to be gender bender when it’s just used as something simple and never elaborated on and has no significance to the story. the only gender bender thing i’ve ever been okay with is “Excuse Me Dentist, It's Touching Me!” bc it’s used as a story element not just some add on to make the comic a certain category such as BL/straight.
