I don't like how it seems like the MC doesn't have any friends at the end of the story. Aside from the best friend (he doesn't feel like a 2nd ML to me LOL), I don't think his college friends are that bad. He could have just introduce ML to his friends to clear those misunderstandings or bad impressions. I dunno, it just looks like the MC's world only revolve around ML.
I skimmed all the chapters just to see if the deer guy is gonna join the fun but I guess not. He shouldn't have appeared instead. Too bad, imma skip this one.
