I really enjoyed reading this. However, the ending felt rushed and there should have been a few side stories.
All that craziness and what’s his name doesn’t get hurt, become broke, or put behind bars ?! I feel like we should’ve been able to truly see him fall into utter despair after loosing the fight. Also, I saw comments from several folks having a hard time keeping track of things. I got most of it but yeah, some parts were written a little inconsistently / confusing.
In the end, this was still a great read

I started reading the novel and dropped it. In my unimportant opinion, the author didn’t do a good job developing their relationship. Zhenya does evolve as a character but the way he physically approaches sex doesn’t change, which I really dislike. At some point, you think he would stop skipping the foreplay. That maybe he would properly prep Taekjoo so that he wouldn't be in pain. Unfortunately, he just forces himself on Taekjoo each and every time. He just shoves his dick in with no care or consideration.
On top of that, Taekjoo has internal dialogues along the cliche lines of, “I hate him, and I need to escape, but why do I lose myself when we have sex”? This works with some dynamics but not in this one. There’s barely any moments between them that would give birth to romance, love, or trust. The sex doesn’t even sound pleasurable with how it’s written. I get Zhenya is the psycho type, and I’m a sucker for those. These type of characters really don’t experience your normal, healthy kind of love. Which is fine, but it just doesn’t flow. The story telling is lacking. How are you having a fight between your head and your “heart” when every time you have sex it’s pretty much grape? When do we get to experience the turning point?
Now, I read far enough to see their relationship develop from enemies to partners in crime, but the “intimacy” or lack of remained the same.
I’m happy to push through remaining chapters if someone tells me it does get better I really hope the webtoon does a better job with these scenes

I can’t see this ending on a romantic note. I’m thinking it’ll end in tragedy or have an ambiguous ending that’s open to interpretation, like we make up our own ideas of what happened if they go their own separate ways or something?
I’m loving the story so far though! I’m so going to be holding my breath due to the suspense and anxiety when the drama hits its peak!
Here I go again, reading this for the umpteenth time (=・ω・=)
