I understand your point but Seth and his wife's relationship fell a part cause of a misunderstanding and they always been in love, and Horus came between them knowing full well about this. He knew she was trapped he knew she loved him ! Not only he didn't say a word to Seth ! But he tried his best to take her place too

Actually he found out after he started pursuing Seth and yes he should have told him I agree but leaving your lover after finding out about your past misunderstanding and expecting him to not get mad is irrational

He persuaded Seth when he knew he's still in love, he was aware that Seth never got over his family ... Even in the past he would pretend to be Anubis to receive his affection and then later he tried to take Nephthys' place ! His actions are somewhat manipulative ! He's always ready to trick Seth if necessary... And tbh i think Seth has the right to go and find Nephthys

It's not like Seth is completely innocent when it comes to Horus if you remember in the first competition at the start Seth was the one who tried to r*pe Horus and then got overpowered. Also yes Seth has a right to receive closure from his past relationship BUT Horus said "you're going back to her".

Seth is currently in a relationship with Horus, if your current partner went back to their ex because their misunderstanding got resolved then that means they're cheating on you.

Hii pls dont mind me joining this thread. Horus sure has points about him that leave much to be worked upon and he was really wrong abt hiding suuch n imp piece of information from seth but pls dont villianize him too much. Dw he will atone and redeem himself and you'll see he's not osiris. He never takes after that demented bich and he's actually a green flag here. Yeah immature af n lacking in many aspects but deep down he never wants to hurt seth. Respecting seths choices n ensuring his safety has always been his foundation. Oh and seeing him for who seth truly is and loving/accepting him with all his flaws.

About nephyths. Atho their marriage was blissful for a short while it was a sham marriage, one bound to fail.

Osiris made seth n nephyths marry :'). Seth's soul is dangerously unstable fragile n on tenterhooks of breakdown. Not only seth suffered a botched ascession like anubis but Osiris kept forcing him to break taboo (remembering their demigod past, gods arent allowed to) n due to this as penalty he kept breaking to fade and osiris kept mending him to prevent him from extermination but guess how he mend his cracked soul each time? By using Nephyths

Nephyths is goddess of peace n harmony n has powers to bring peace to anyone. Each time osiris broke seths soul, neph healed him n pieced him together. So obv they got closer but it was made that way to keep neph as the sedation or life support plug osiris used to keep seth leashed and also he purposely made them marry to keep seth in control and also keep him very close by his side. They did have a good happy marriage BUT neph loved seth as her husband god of war n sand but did she love him for truly as himself? [U will find out in upcoming chapters]. They also had a misunderstanding filled rushed parting and a proper confrontation was due one day or the other to resolve things. Also theres wayy more than what meets the eye. Nephtys deep feelings of guilt isnt simply because she cheated seth. If past life HTE theories come true then somewhere along she knows stuff that she's not revealing rn and remember that one time when she said she too is an accomplice of osiris? Esp for harvesting souls n keeping seth sedated n alive. (Not saying she's not a victim but definitely not purely innocent here)

Seth loves horus. He loves him deeply. He's the only one seth had fallen for by his own choice. Last two recent chp there are so many panels showing us that. Seth is a tsundere but he is a veryyy emotional character u can see in the panel where mirror says horus love is fake, seths eyes go vacant as if he's in a blank shock as he mumbles the word fake. Also his insecurities are crippling cuz of osiris and when mirror said horus doesnt love him but was charmed by mirror's magic seth fell for the lies. He's heartbroken inside. Last chapter there was a panel where he said "i knew nobody could love someone like me". Mind u he wasnt planning to break up tho. He kept saying we'll talk abt this later but horus in his immaturity panic and anxiety misunderstood he would throw him away n go back to nephyths which was partly true because altho seth wanted to meet neph and resolve their misunderstanding abt her cheating on him, this fake love relevation agitated him and he sought the comfort of nostalgia as a safe emotional space for him. He thought he could escape to what was familiar to him and avoid this heartbreak but yk deep down whether he love neph or horus you'll find out soon.. anyway sorry for inserting myself

The entire plot tbh is his set stage... one that hes been preparing n plotting since who knows when (probably from their past lifes or when he ascended) when his body was cut up sekhmet made a comment how this bustard was still ahead of them by many steps. And upcoming chapters will unfold this more. Theres a very popular theory that in their past demi god lives Osiris taught his younger brother seth n gradually became obessed with him but horuseth were canon and somehow osiris had a hand in horus's murder (smth abt stealing something very imp (maybe wadjet?) N breaking taboo) and seth who went mad with grief wanted to perish too but his siblings forced him to ascend like anubis and osiris wiped his memories of Horus the elder (he's the original 5th sibling btw in canon ennead Egyptian mythology) oh and if rendering seth infertile, breaking his soul, matchmaking him forcefully with nephyths, creating anubis behind his back and trying to mpreg baby trap seth using anubis wasnt enough this green hoggoblin has more stuff up his sleeve..

Ofc other theories like seth X osiris past life lovers also is a possibility but here's why i feel more strongly abt seth x Horus the elder possibility.

1. In s1 ch1 mojito starts narration of story that nut n geb had 4 kids but actual myth it was 5 to represent 5 days of a week n horus is youngest sibling.
2. The infinite void cave horus n neph talk about HTE as the forgotten god who stole smth n u can literally see a falcon head god .. (q is did neph n isis forget HTE too? Or are they hiding smth? Esp neph)
3. Kid horus on seths lap said when his tears fell on horus he got a peek at seths soul n he saw boundless sorrow n a deep fear etched abt being forgotten. This fear of seth made him unconsciously hinder anubis growth cuz he didnf want him to ascend n forget their family ties as all gods do once they awaken but yk this abnormal n deep rooted fear of being forgotten by one u love simply cant be just there for anubis. It couldve been a unconsciously burried emotion seth carries from his past life abt someone he doesnt even remeber anymore. If u re read the repeated text inside that tear drop panel it really doesn't sound like its only for anubis lol.

4. Most imp factor. Theres hieroglyphics in one chapter of ennead which translates to "horus witnessed at his brothers" "they hid in a cave" "they were shocked" "seth killed his little brother for hiding their taboo" "Seth felt gui(l)ty and ran away" "(Seth) m(et) his sisters (Isis) (Nephthys)"
"Big sister screamed "Murderer!" and she left to find little brother" "But Nephthys calmed her brother down comforting He listened t-".

So the possibility that horus was killed in his past life matches with what neph talked to horus in void. Plus if its true then it'd make sense that isis who left to find a way to bring him back to life absorbed horus in her bossom n had him as her kid aka she was successful in bringing him back. And maybe osiris knew this?? Cuz theres a vhapter where horus thanks seth for his existence he says osiris never planned to have kids with isis so its thanks to seths actions anyway that horus was able to be born ☠. Anyway theres more fragmented vague lines n its a whole rabbithole. Baseline. OSIRIS IS WHO WE SHOULD BURN AT THE STAKE N HAVE HIS SOUL OBLITERATED
