From the accident to the brother-in-law thing, 1- if his brother was his driver it should have been known how regularly he droved the omega to different places.
2-alcohol testing should have proved almost immediately that he wasn't drunk driving and was most likely framed (besides he was in the passenger seat, he would have woken up if his brother moved him to the driver's seat)
3- HE WAS SO DUMB, if his head worked right he wouldn't have accepted cheating knowing he has to do daily checks, a possible fallout is way better than immediately breaking the contract's rules and ends his deal like bruh.
