i was an anime only fan but even i could tell that the second season had so many plot holes, which really pissed me off but lead me to read this masterpiece of a manga, and now im even more pissed i mean...
season 1 (37 chapters in 12 eps)
season 2 (144 chapters in 11 ????)
what the hell went wrong in the studio. the fucking slideshow at the end could have been a whole season on its own. just wasted potential because the anime could have been a great addition to the manga... its a shame because the animation and music were gorgeous.
Frrr!!! GOLDY POND ARC WAS PEAK BRO!! I acc couldn't believe they just left it out when it was acc a crucial part of the plot like wtfff, I miss the two dads/ father figures too. I actually balled because they weren't included in the anime.

i think this story has unique ways of going on ab characters trying to improve and stuff and if you like the obsessive artist trope then u should def read!! there is a lot of soccer stuff obv but it rlly doesnt matter cus it explains everything anyways i feel like
