I am unsure, since I feel that Komiko and Yuu are kind of similar. Both have sadistic tendencies and are caring and kindhearted inside, which is compatible with the personality of the older brother. But while Yuu has the advantage of being a male, Komiko has the advantage of being from the Shirahane family. It just feels perfect that the Shirahane siblings are with the Aikawa siblings.

Actually i don't see any problem with family line thing, it's not important, we are not living in feudal anymore. Concerning about something like family line is somewhat old-fashion/oudated =..= Even if all 3 brothers were gay, there are still their nephews, uncles, ants,...the Aikawa's family line will never end, it's not like the Great-Grand father of the Aikawa just giving birth to one child only. My grandfather has 7 children, that 7 children get married and have kids, their kids get married and continue to have kids, my family line is fucking never ends no matter what.

And finally, this is just a manga, nobody cares about bloodline of the fucking Aikawa. Do you read another yaoi manga? What if the main characters in those manga is the only child? Do you worry about their family line too and comment "don't be a fucking gay, that's kind of sad your family line will end because you end up gay"??? Don't read yaoi anymore, or you will die in your sadness because a lot of characters are the only child.
