Self harm is when you harm youself, right? Typing this make me feel stupid cuz it's self explanatory. But I feel like ppl here have criteria for SH. Like if you're an unstable person who's having suicidal thoughts, or someone who has trauma might resort to SH but it's a diff. story when it comes to hurting yourself for undivided attention or your SO? Is the word self-harm reserved for when you're feeling suicidal. Enlighten me.
