I like this comic because it explores mother's with their postpartum after birth. The author handles it well. The mc married young and somewhat naive, gets pregant and almost everyone in else was more worried about the baby than the mc. Its a subtle message of women's role in a tradition and more conservavtive marriage. I would like to cut some slack for her, especially when no one was of help during or after her pregnancy. Either from neglience or ignorance, staff have ignored symptoms of postpartum of the MC and at espcially at a young age. Its great she wants to change that and is actively trying to do so for her son and being able to rebuild their relationship.
TLDR; give the depressed mc a break after she went through a TEEN pregancy and having untreated/unacknowledge postpartum.

The people that comment like "why are you all so pressed? Rape is in a lot of BL!" Are not wrong, but also wtf? You can like something but also crticize it. You can not like it and comment about it. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions but you have to see and understand what the issue is.
I personally don't like it because because of the beginning thus I dropped it. I've read countless BL with a similiar premise and still read the whole thing. The way that this author portrays rape culture in this manwha is as if its a joke. Saying how tame this comic is doesnt make a difference. You see the cover, read the synopsis, see a few images and then you're hooked-- but you didnt sign up for the blatant rape culture...
My takeaway from this is that I hope people can understand why others may not like this, but also the fact that rape is not normal. I would recommend hidoku shinaide. The beginning has a bit of blackmail/rape, but as the chapters go and with character development, the seme apologies what he did to the uke and is very sincere about it.

my thing is the way ppl are defending it, not even making good points. i saw someone say “well at least its not jinx” and i laughed so loud like girl. imagine having an abusive bf and your friend is like “well at least hes not hitler!” girl stfu.
another person (probs the one you’re talking about) said if you want wholesome stuff to read “josei and gl manhwa”… implying that gay men can’t be wholesome or without abuse. the blatant homophobia.
if ppl like trashy manga just own it, just say you enjoy it despite it. trying to convince me it’s the fuckin mona lisa of bl is embarrassing.

I don’t believe this manga is sexist honestly
It is the character’s decision, but it’s also part of our society/reality of women from both the past and modern times
It kind of gives me a perspective of a female side character from some other isekai manga those contains some sort of harem (honestly, most of them do) and it really gives the hint of that from that nerd guy that came down with her
Like others have said, our MC isn’t an idiot nor a mindless, and clearly knows what right or wrong
Ah ah ah dont be telling me “oh but she shouldn’t being prostituting herself!” Yeah well tell me what else can women do back in those days to earn some good money? It’s also her CHOICE of picking such a lifestyle, and she has been through this rodeo before
Another thing is the tag for “slut”
She’s not a slut
She’s not crazy for dick or sex
She sees it as a tool, a way to survive
And she has taken advantage of that
Its understandable that this isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but before going ape shit of because its a “hEnTaI IsEkaI” I just want yall to take a moment and actually read what she’s saying
Kthxbye

I agree sooo much with what you said and that tag also bothered me when I saw it. Sadly, it really just reflects the way a lot of people see sex workers in rel life. Either they are nymphos or they are victims without any agency. Like no one would ever chose this type of work consciously and aware of the negative aspects ans risks.

Well, there is a difference in showing a patriarchal society and presenting it as good and something that should be protected, with dissenting characters represented as crazy or stupid, and mangas like this, when you see how this society affects women, specially women who do not conform with the ideal of the pure virginal or the good wife. Just because a manga shows a patriarchal society, does not mean it is inherently sexist,it depends on how the story is told, by whom and what are its themes. This work shows how dangerous the MC's life is, how a man could ruin everything for her so quick, how she depends on the men at the same time, and moments when the girls help each other. Is it a perfect feminist work? Probably not. But does it reframe various isekai conventions from a different point of view and showcases certain sexist status quo? Definitely.

I feel real bad for Sebin but i feel like the author is going to make him like some weird obsessive stalker or something of the sort once the uke breaks up with him (hopefully soon) and its really shitty. i hope he doesn’t go through that type of “phase” where the author wants us to hate him and just have him like “yeah you’re kinda an asshole so bye” and just find someone that treats him better, woman or man.

maybe she just mad bc she saw how slightly upset Latte was when the pretty magicin boy said he didn’t care but i love those two so much I think its like Ibelin rlly cares for Latte either in a gay way or just a friend way i just my girls to be happy but yalls take on why ibelin made such an expression is really fun to read!!!
I love slop like this its not as bad as some mind numbing manhuas
