Okay I’m JUST starting and only just read chapter 1 but like… the ex comes off as an asshole so bad, like i understand it’s one thing to move on romantically and date someone else after not hearing from your partner for 5 years, getting over him romantically is ONE thing, but he’s suddenly back and you’re screaming at him, you just found out he’s been in a coma for 5 years and that he loved you so much he came to you first before going to his family and you’re still screaming as if he’s your misbehaving child or a partner that left you and came back for no reason???? Like he has this “ok you’re in the past I have someone new now” attitude as if they werent practically family having known each other since birth, and what’s with his new bf talking shit like “he’s selfish” it’s like neither of them have a drop of empathy, how do you look at someone that just woke from a coma, in his mind his relationships are where they were 5 years ago and he’s just coming back to his life to find his partner with someone else and think “oh I don’t like him he’s selfish and imma hold it against him that he’s not over you even tho he just woke up from a fucking COMA’, like whys the new bf acting like mc is “the other man” or some shit, if this is the ex’s behavior even after finding out the no contact was cause he was in a fucking coma, then It’s not a “feel bad about everyone in this case” situation for me, he just comes off as an ass
