Ok I'm not gonna give the most comprehensive review cuz I only played 2 endings and that already threw me off because I just felt really terrible for how Seiji (grey hair guy) got treated in the game. To be fair, the graphic enema was something that I had been warned off and it wasn't as bad as I expected but afterwards I just felt really guilty. Also, the stuff is something you'd consider (hardcore) bdsm, which is fine in itself. However, counting in the fact that they've been forced into that situation makes it distressing but generally speaking the game makes you feeling more empty than anything. Haven't played Hadaka Shitsuji tho so I can't compare them
