Amazing art concepts, amazing fluid sub genres, clever and neat dialogue and art, superb character design and arcs, heavy themes on sexual violence and abuse. Be warned. Real f’d up shit here. Also very deep explorations into the meaning of life and what it means to live and what makes life worth living. Beautiful at times. Has very dark moments. The volume 4 extra for instance is a beautiful short story.

I purposely signed into my account to comment how much I do not like this manga. yes, I freaking read everything but even a couple chapters in I found the main character is extremely annoying, detestable, immature and unlikable. n yea this manga kinda works cos his young, cute(?) bubblyness always surprises the seme, therefore they can make it work as a couple. HOWEVER, I am deeply disturbed to realise the seme is the same age as his MOTHER. The only reason I can think of as to why this received the 9+ ratings that it has, is due to the trope of an older semexdelinquent uke n the hott-ish sex scenes. this is utter trash, and I wish I did not convince myself to think it could get better because of the good ratings.

Tbh I agree. I was preyed on by someone who knew me as a child(nothing sexual was done) and that part totally creeped me out. The MC bottom was definitely the typical dumbass trope and honestly felt too childish. If there was some growth in his character it would feel less icky for me since this is just a romantic novel and not some psychological type stuff.
