Do you think you can get another one or does it pay too well and you feel like you have no choice but to stay? Also how is that dude's personality? Do you think he'll go off if you confront him about it? Do you think he'll use his connections to keep harrassing you? Do you think you'll be able to rent somewhere else? based on experience dealing with a staff that got some family connections, they might dgaf even if you confront them bcs they know you can’t do shit anyway. so best option is you started to find other place to stay, you don’t need to drop the job atm. do ask for relatives/trusted people for help in pooling money to find orher places if you’re short on it, just to stay away at least until your contract is up bcs atp you should start to be blatantly avoid him/create your distance.

second options is you get up while he did the stuff and caught him on the spot, tell him you will beat him up if this goes on. most of the time directly confronting people works as it will make them uncomfortable (bcs they know they’re in the wrong) but if he’s some kind of, having a bigass ego about being related to the owner, then the first option is the best. pack your shit and go, you don’t deserve to lose your sleep over that so i’m sorry that happened to you.
