Most peoples stomach's don't hurt when they're hungry. Unless they :
- haven't eaten for a long time
- are sick
- have some sort of indigestion
people just feel "hungry".
Idk, I'm not a doctor, maybe you just have different pipes and cog's than me but that alone sounds enough of a reason to make a doctors appointment.
