... I can respect the honesty, I guess, but what the fvck is that truth? I thought the man was simply stupid and got played by the family. That Caraine lied to Nadia in the end. I thought I had to feel sorry for him and that he will simply turn into the cliché of a second male lead that has to give up and supports the couple. Even tho his war mongering threw me off a bit.
I mean I like the subversion, good solid job author, but I have to agree with the rest:
