She could reveal her identity and fvcking lose everything. Right now:
- There is someone hunting her down
- She is married to a man that she does not know
- The contract was made in a way that fvcks her over. Clearly her stepshlt didn't care to advocate for her and the other party is now her husband
- If she even breathes the Word "divorce", they'll take that smexy piece of land from her
If she reveals her identity:
- The people hunting her will have a clear target
- She cannot gauge her husbands actual behavior and personality, bc he needs her to divorce him, so it's either threat or abuse afterwards
- Considering that he probably made that contract there is no damn reason to trust that piece of shlt. Chivalry is dead and he was the executioner. Not to mention that he send her away, took away her money, left her homeless and doesn't even know what she looks like. He is as reliable as a wet 1-layer toilet paper fighting disturbing diarrhea.
- She will have nothing. At that moment, she will be a divorced noble women, with no money or family to trust and her only shelter would be a compromised cabin in the woods, while she has to figure out how to live on hunting and herbal knowledge (better than most, but still fvcking nothing)
