I know for sure that Jinwoo and Guwon would be the end game but I just can't imagine how, the current situation is just so fucked up.
Guwon doesn't really have it in him to know what's right and what's wrong, so he relies on the hounds to handle everything that has been happening outside.
so I think that way, Jinwoo doesn't have to kill Guwon. Instead, they'll have to kill the hounds to end their suffering. (because I think Guwon is too inlove with Jinwoo and he'd prob change)
