Agreed. I personally think the pace is great. It's telling an actual story, exploring the different angles and points of view. Why would it develop quickly considering where she just came from? We've read those stories so many times before and nothing wrong with that but if that's what the complainers want I mean there are a bunch.
You're right, and I also like the pace. It's realistic and resembles the routine of reality. Literally all I see in these complaints is "Why can't the story become what I want it to be! Why can't it cater to me!"
