Man, I just really want to appreciate this community. Like, there is always someone who answers a question, and from my experience, a question is never left unanswered. Tbh, I thought yall wouldn't want to help people but yall are the most friendliest, sometimes horniest, people I've every met. Yall are something else and rarely any hate is seen (unless it's against racism or other hate crimes). So, yea. Just proud that this website doesn't have a toxic community. (▰˘◡˘▰)

So insane but I need shampoo, hair, skin recs, my hair has fallen due to a disease, and I have seborrheic dermatitis.
My hair is super thin, to the point that I am self conscious about it. Its so uneven, and has hela dandruff( even though I shower regularly) I tried what the derm has recommended (which is a kel shampoo and cream) but it hasnt really helped much. Things is, im super self conscious about my skin and hair and i need something to help my hair grow faster and thicker. And I need some ointment, or skin treatment for my face and arm, PLEASE HELP!
Try going to a pharmacy and ask what they recommend
Happy Cappy and Garnier whole blends honey treasures
if u have acne i seriously reccomend cetaphil
nizoral (in very small doses) is good for dandruff
seconding the person who said cetaphil but im personally a cerave girly (both are good!) depending on your skin needs and your skin type. since you mentioned acne:
-cerave acne foaming cream cleanser (has benzoyl peroxide but idk if his skin is sensitive)
-other acne helpers: retinoids, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, azelaic acid (paulas choice)
-i heard laroche posay is also good too
def do some research on combinations that are good vs combos to avoid (dont use retinoids w vit c or bpo for example) but my fav youtuber for skincare is doctorly!
re: dandruff, even if you shower everyday it may be worse for your dandruff if your skin is super dry and flaky-- listen to your body and hair! if you need the oils vs if you need the cleanse, its different for everyone
otber than nizoral i heard T/Gel was good for dandruff? and coconut oil goes a long way :)
- please dont use laroche its not cruelty free ☹
noted!!
