From what I gather off the raws, Granny is okay for now. As usual just worried about her grandson. As far as the raws go you never know what the future chapters holds for her. If she passes for the sake of the plot I'm gonna lose it. One thing I don't want you doing to (us readers) me. Granny will live for the entirety of this manhwa and for lots and lots and lots and lots of years to come. She will see Huijae grow up, fall in love and start a wonderful life of his own.
