I wanna believe Mr. Fluffyhead decked out Granny's pad because; 1. He is trying to win Huijae over (not that Huijae isn't already head over heels) and 2. because he has a soft spot for sweet old Granny and her sisters. ( I think they're sisters)

Don't freaking pass away Granny. Go to the hospital, get the medicine and become strong and invincible once more.

I can imagine Mr. fluffyhead and Huijae living a quiet peaceful married island life together.
