If you have a white gel pen then that can possibly work, however it might be difficult to get it to the opacity that you'd like on marker so make sure the marker is completely dry before drawing on top, and waiting for the white to dry to attempt to make it more opaque, although with a new white gel pen the opacity shouldn't be too much of a proble......
