Anybody got a list for guideverse titles?

Is there a place on this website to post suggestions for improvement? For example: Please give us a way to change the order of the mangas is the “want to read” section. Please make it easier to report undesirable uploads, such as spam “please read on our site” half chapters. Please create an official method that allows uploaders to claim the right to exclusive uploading for a series (provided they maintain certain quality and not restricting a secondary uploader if official content becomes available), otherwise allow uploaders to be banned by a reader request system that tallies the number of readers requesting a ban. There are other suggestions so where do I post them?
