Man the MC makes me feel so bad for him , like where did all your self worth go? Everytime the ML screams at him the mc either forgives him easily/changes the topic or agrees with him
Even if the MC's friend was in the wrong for giving out the MC's phone number and refusing to talk it out with MC , he's right , it just goes to show how right he is when no matter what ML does the MC never loses any interest in him.
Also can we talk about how off putting the ML acts sometimes? Like if you don't like the MC and your aware the MC likes you and you just want to be friends at that stage aren't you basically leading him on?
The first time they met , sure id be really angry and deceived too but it's so out of line to say something like "no wonder there's no joy in your life" like I'm so done with ML's who get a pass on being an asshole
And why did he gets so angry at the fact that the MC met up with HIS client without informing ML? Like okay u have the right to be angry after telling him that something was off with the client and u didn't like him , but storming off and saying u never wanted to see him is so....and he always does that thing where he storms off and walks back to the MC beacuse he just knows the MC would be waiting
And what's up with him being an hour late for their first date? Sex doesn't make up for that like what the hell? I've read plenty of shit with toxic MLs idk why this one got me so riled up , I just sometimes see the MC and get so mad but I cant help but feel bad for how much less importance he gives himself , its always need to be the ideal type for MC , need to do this for MC that for MC , like my boy has no standards and will wait for an hour on the FIRST fucking date just beacuse he's so down bad , he doesn't expect anything to be done for him so much so that a reciprocal of feelings is enough. Anyways that just my opinion on this I'm sure the comment section isn't for rants but I just had to leave this here beacuse this story just weirdly got on my nerves
