All of these are omegaverse and there's no rape between the main couple (there's some allusions to rape in general and some instances of it happening either to one of both leads in the past, but never between the main couple). The most wholesome ones of the bunch are Tadaima, Okaeri (nothing but fluff in a 5 mile radius) and Sayonara, Alpha (it can be misleading at first because one of the characters starts as a child but nothing bad happens until he is an adult, so give it a chance, since it's a lovely story)
