I feel like not everyone understands what is happening rn
As someone who knows a lot about thriller and horror movies, all I can say is that the one you think is the culprit is actually innocent. It'd be too easy
This chapter confirms my theories and I know that the plot twist will shock everyone
Yea, the worst thrillers are the ones that question the character too much just for them to be culprits, that's the only reason why I keep doubting Guwon is the evil one in all this
Same I've watched enough movies and read enough horror to see exactly where this is going. I don't believe Guwon is the cold killer that is portrayed. If you look a little deeper you can see that the entire backstory behind Jinwoo's "memory loss" is suspicious. I'm thinking that....
Jinwoo was actually abused/attacked by his father leading him to kill his own father. Guwon has some part in this but I'm not sure what yet. I'm thinking Guwon didn't kill the doc's children and wife either. This is going to sound dark but what if the doc killed his own wife and kids and the strain of it caused him to change his memory and blame it on Guwon? That would explain how some ppl in this town seem batshit crazy... because they really are. Because otherwise why would Guwon be so obviously portrayed as a villain? That's too easy and simple.

Since the beginning, the author has depicted him as somewhat clueless, unsure of the line between right and wrong, an outcast in his own town( I don't remember the chapter but I remember ppl go away when Guwon approached and I think it's not the first time they do this), used for protection and then cast aside, until Teach became the first person to truly reach out to him.
I'm more suspicious of the ppl who live in the Town

He’s the perfect suspect.. that’s exactly why I don’t believe he’s the one who did it.
