Technically “rainbow city” (SA in chap 3, best to skip) because it does take place in a city ran by 2 old men who got a security camera that watches ppl 24/7 and fights for control of the city instead of doing their jobs and care more about making money and not letting their enemies be better than them rather than working towards the good of the people. They think disabled people are useless, control birth rates, experiment on fetuses and execute ppl whom they deem is a rebel, oh and they also murder civilians if they try to get to safe zone without permission AAAAAND tries their best to stop the development of a cure to the apocalypse as well as sabotaging vaccines so they can make and sell new ones.
Also they control accessible information and has a secret military police controller that works under cover and arrests ppl. Oh and they play propaganda on the radio everyday
before I start, yes I enjoyed pearl boy (yikes ik) however, I have to say I’m not too fond of the idea of a side story focused around seunghyun. to be honest, I didn’t think of him as an important character of the main story and would’ve much rather enjoyed more side chapters around the main couple. yuta is a cool character to introduce but the fact that we are about to reach 20 chapters and there is still a crowd of people who don’t understand the plot whatsoever is alarming. not sure where inking is going with this one…
