I honestly believe that Jo is the better choice, now before anybody fucks me in the ass, let me explain. From what was said in the story and from what I saw, Tj just kept on emotionally manipulating Ian, from the scar, to the broken leg. Both Jo and Tj are basically obsessed with Ian but, Tj gets physically obsessed like he needs to have him by his side at every waking moment of the day, Jo is obsessed emotionally, like if he leaves him, like he said, he can’t be okay. The difference is that Tj puts more worth on his lifestyle, which Ian doesn’t wanna take part of as he tried to leave (gangs, killing, etc..). Jo instead still wants to follow his dreams, but also wants Ian by his side and wants him happy. Tj just doesn’t respect or care for Ian’s decision or lifestyle, he just wants him. I do believe that they love each other in some sick twisted way (Tj and Ian) and it is gonna hurt both of him, but I also believe that Ian having Jo by his side can become a better person and can let go of his past. Idk how Tj is gonna get better, if he’s gonna get better if they do part ways. This is how I see it, please don’t take my money or my family or my cat thank you
i get that but also. and im not defending tj for what he's done but. isn't the point of the manhwa to show these characters developing? and tj has definitely grown from who he was. idk if u remember, but back when tj got into a car crash for the first time, ian was ready to go kill the people who arranged it. tj then told him to stay away. and then, after jason's funeral, he left without a word. a lot of people miss the significance of this: its to show that yes, tj could've tied ian down to himself again. ian was willing to get into the whole mess again for tj's sake. but tj finally FUCKING FINALLY realised that he values ian's safety over him being by his side. that's why he thinks to himself that he was glad ian wasn't in the car with him. that's why he leaves, and again thinks to himself that ian's free to do what he wants now. yes, the reunion happens and tj is back on his shit about taking ian away with him, but i think it was done to just lay everything bare between him and ian. obv tj could regress again, but isn't his character developing in the positive direction rn? about jo well i've never denied him being the objectively better option, but also, sometimes he just doesnt make sense to me bc he's obsessed and willing to ruin his life over a guy he recently met, and that's just. idk. "okay but tj's done worse things" yeah & jo wasn't brought up the way tj was. idk idk. ur point does make sense to me but i feel like there's a bigger reason why doyak has included the detail of jo having this weird obsession yk. WE'LL SEE THOUGH again i agree w u mostly DO NOT JUMP ME @ JO STANS
All the mfs in this manwha are mentally ill, not one person saves themself. I’ve reread this multiple times because it’s really good, and after each time I’ve read it I understand more and more that the whole story was not him healing, or even getting an inch closer to feeling better. It just shows how each little thing that happened in those ten days bought him to what he was in any chapter before 81. His manhood, his pride, his mental state, his emotions, basically everything he his was tore down when the incident happened. He tries to find a way to feel better with himself by having sex and trying to change, and I also think that he tries to make worse things happen to him by being “naive” to forget what happened before. Honestly this is how I see it.
I’ve already said that minwoo aint a good person for a whole lotta reasons, but now everybody and their mama praising him because he has empathy and finally respects boundaries? just because he saved his ass, which is a lot don’t misunderstand, doesn’t mean that all he’s done in the other chapters justifies him, this mf don’t know privacy, consent and was/is obsessive. I’m not just gonna switch up on him because he’s done one good thing in the whole story. The thing that irritates me the most is the bite one he did (he tried to “mark” him, without his consent), like idk why this flew over y’all heads? Like he tried to basically tie him to his side “forever” (put “” because idk how it works in this story, if there’s a way to break a “mark”) without his consent and absolutely giving no fucks about what the mc wanted. Idk might be just me tho.
I honestly think that between the both choices, the twins still dying, it’s a dead end. “Move on” we saw the mines were basically crumbling down because of the earthquake, so they would’ve died down there, and even if there was a rope or something to get them out, I think they wouldn’t have had enough time, because like I said, it was all crumbling down. “Go back” the three of them would’ve died because again, the earthquake. For the twins dead end, for the twink, I think he’d die too, because in the one panel that we see up the prison, it’s basically all dead, so either he immortal or idk. Just a theory
Okay so, they both were somewhat wrong, sejin, being blinded by an ounce of love or recognition from his family stole the documents, felt guilty, and when shit came down to it apologized, didn’t see truly apologetic though. Ido had every right to be angry at this point, he could have called off the engagement, reported him for theft or something, but no, he decided to mentally abuse him, because what he did was give him the silent treatment or worse which was not even acknowledge him. His brother rapes him brutally and all sejin understands is that this is Ido’s doing, that he wanted this. Then Ido comes home asks who it was, and from what I think, he understands that he did it accordingly, that’s why he then says, “you can’t sleep with other people” what I don’t understand though and can’t excuse in ANY way is the rape. Sejin wasn’t in heat. What Ido did cannot be excused because there’s not a single reason that explains why he did that, he did it out of spite and anger, and that’s worse if you ask me, that’s violent and a horrible thing. Same with the bj. They we’re both wrong, one is far worse than the other, but they were both wrong, and also didn’t take responsibility, sejin tried, but wasn’t given the opportunity or time to do so, I feel like Ido did feel guilty, he was just too angry and righteous to apologize.

Bro the messier ml that’s supposed to take him away, is gonna be like until the last minute “I gotta manipulate him and steal him away
