Hello! I suffer from terrible anxiety, and what I normally do is listen to whatever music sounds the most relaxing and put on a show/movie that I know I really like. If you have any pets (and you like animals), I would suggest sitting by them and petting them for a bit (it actually helps lower blood pressure!). You got this!!   reply
