personally? loved the novel, i mtled it myself until the end and its a very decent plot and the chars stayed consistent til the end. has a good chunk of angst near the end. my only nitpick is prob the fact that some chars are pushed aside/never seen again or addressed other than argen & elliot as the main focus towards the end, not sure if they appear again in the side story as i haven't bought it yet but i hope the manhwa follows the novel well. ending is not rushed nor was it fully fleshed out but again, i haven't bought the side chapters to fully judge.
and yes if u can't tell already this is a slowburn with two dense characters. in the novel the confession starts around chapter 60+ ish (novel has 105 main chap + 20 side stories)
