And the rest of all : isn't that mafia blond kidnapping a cope to an unknown place while the mentionned cop has no communication device? And been given unknown drugs at least twice? Am I paranoid?

I agree with everyone that distance is the right thing to do. Do not be alone with him, and to tell someone immediately, but since I don't know your family situation, I can't advice you on who to tell. But please tell someone, anyone or everyone!
