The art ate so bad, I ain't gonna lie. I was wondering why I never liked the top despite being your typical red flag with a pretty/handsome face and it was because besides having a pretty face he doesn't have a presence or captivating personality. He acted cute almost at the end and that was it. Some other kings/emperors end up seeking the bottom's forgiveness and somehow making enjoyable the end of the story but this one didn't have that.
No wonder the mercenary isn't in love with him and never will lmao he's just a sucker for the king's pretty and angelic face and the pleasure he was forced to feel during sex. That'll be the king's karma forever and I cheer for that!
I caught up and... so you let him named you and now your life is tie up with him but you love another man??????????
Girl, the author couldn't decide for shit my god, it was so easy to end the story with the second ml and the emperor dying or the 3 of them dead or the bottom dead BUT THIS??? It doesn't make no sense. A shit show LMAO
when he goes back. He doesn't go back to the palace or even tell garon he's there. He moves back to the mountain, the old imae village and garon finds him there - he's been affected by the poison, isn't quite as he was. He visits mc oftenvand they take things slower and eventually he is convinced back to the palace after garon is just, nice to him. He stops the murder sprees and just tries to be good basically. Gives him a whole room to paint in and all the kit, there's no restrictions on him, all the concubines are moved out I believe. I dunno, it's bare minimum stuff but a nice enough ending. Raon gets sides. Garon also picked a name for mc, some fluff ensues.
Basically they just don't address it or talk about it putright. Obvs garon can tell he was named and isn't happy but doesn't really acknowledge.it either - everyone knows not to call him roha in front of the emperor except the painter friend which is kind of funny. But no I dont think garon ever explicitly tells him he picked a name for him, but roha finds the notes about it. Garon just doesn't call him by any name.
Imma let it marinate until season two is over cause I'd go insane like these freaks lmao
But this is giving me major "The warehouse" flashbacks (I loved that manhwa I don't care), even the going back to school where everything began and the fact yuwon doesn't remember well his past relationship with dohoon.
I'm so fucking intrigued it's not even funny.
I don't even go here but it's so funny seeing yall waste your breath about hyesung divorcing the alpha the author dgaf about it that's why the manhwa ended like it did. The author is using that family drama as an excuse to develop this kid's relationship with the other alpha and to stretch out this story.

Damn moralist and keyboard warriors having a crash out in the comments is SENDING ME JSJSJSJSJJS
I'm so seated for season 2!
