mc is ml's teacher, but betrayed him (?) and goes missing. ml dearly loved him, or smth, and sees resemblence of mc in a worker at the clan he leads that's timid, and mysteriously cares for ml very much.
fantastic, beautiful art, and the yearning between the two is so heartbreakingly sweet im upset this is on haitus. i'd recommend reading either way, my description does no justice
