How do you guys deal with suicidal thoughts??

I have had them so bad these past couple of months and I think it had something to do with a hormonal imbalance, life situations and drinking. I tried cutting off drinking, and going to the gym and having well balanced meals as well as taking myself on more adventures and it helped me out so nicely, mind you I only work out 30 min or even 15 just t...... reply
