Tldr mc got rape the entirety of the novel by the ml until he got Stockholm syndrome, ending was MC got gang raped by the people who assaulted the ML when he was 14, MC got hospitalized bcs it was so bad he was out for 2 days after that he just accepted to be with the ML. Save yourself there's no love trope in this one.
