JK was shown compassion and kindness by others but he chose to take out his past frustrations out on some random guy he just met? My guess is that maybe JK reacts that way because Kim Dan reminds him not only of his weak past self but also maybe his mother? And so due to JK's resentment that is why he treated Kim Dan like a weakling and a gold digger? Idk...not excusing anything but just trying to wrap my head around it all.
