2) the layman way : give it food & drinks - anything it likes, be friends with it, live happily ever after

Oh i forgot to mention that i already took her to vet. And she has lice sadly but she already got shot to cure it. I just don't know the next step ;A;
And for food and drinks, already done. She hates me maybe because i suddenly bought her home

Ah, she hates you.... That's gonna be hard, but still not impossible.... Did u set up her litter box? And water bowl so she can drink water whenever she wants. From my experience, food is the only way to get closer to cats

Yeah she hissed at me multiple times even scratched me when i took her to vet.
OH YES LITTER BOX and anything else? Like a play or vitamin? I really want to take care of her

Do not forget the litter box, and even if u set it up, she might take a shit on your couch lmao and yes, you'll be getting lots of scratches.. how old is she btw? It's easier to get closer if it's a kitten, playing with her works well! You can also put some food in a bowl too , in case she's hungry but too scared to ask you

Never own a cat but I can advice as part of healthcare, it is good to have rabies prophylaxis vaccinations for the cat scratches.

You can buy her treats and also toys. I usually give my cay a treat at night. Also sometimes it's normal that she still hissed at you since she just met you, just give her some space and make sure that you feed her.

Isn't buying toys a waste?? I usually just make a toy at that moment, with a string and anything that my cats like to play with

Or sacrifice my own hand for them to play with

It depends if your cat likes toys or not. My cat likes toys so I buy him toys. Not a lot tho, and most of the time it's because I saw it in online shop and thinks (oh, my baby will like this) (￣∇￣")
I'm also not around with my cat all the time, so atleast when i'm not around he can play on his own.

Awww you're spoiling the cutie a lot, aren't you? (≧∀≦) Can't blame you for that lol... My cats gets bored of toys very easily, so make new new ones everytime and when I'm not looking, they're hunting butterflies, dragonflies, frogs, literally anything that moves, even the pigeon!

I also said that whenever I let my cat out, I have to stay with him cause he doesn't listen whenever I call him, and runs so fast.

But my other cats are like yours (their females) the other cat is a male. My female cats love hunting. One time they left a dead snake in front of my door, (j didn't know that time that it was dead, so i was screaming and jumping around, while she's just looking at me, she might've thought i'm crazy

Currently, I only have 4 cats, 1 male and 3 female, the 3 female are strays, while the male has breed but it was gifted to me. The one who gifted me snake is the oldest one, and she made me want to have more cats, cause she's behave. I bought her alot of toys, and she likes it at first but then when she got older like 2 or 3 years old she started hunting instead. So I gave the toys to the other cats, the oher two female also prefers hunting so it went to the youngest, the male cat. That's when I started buying him toys cause he liked it lmao
