Lord Mugo just acts proper. that’s why he talks the way he does, and acted the way he did. that’s probably also why the other Mugo calls his “old man”. even though technically ALL OF THEM are old asf? they’re like hundreds of years old but you guys don’t call the other Mugos fucking Pedos/Groomers. yall wouldn’t say the same if it was Edward Cullin from Twilight or other immortal characters from media. Legit. Sir Mugo is just speaking in a manner that a God would since Sir Mugo is the part of his identity that encapsulates their "Guardian God" identity. He's the one who wants to act like a "real" God.
It's not much different than a priest in a church saying "my child" to a patron. A priest is a "Father" in the church as well. They aren't LITERALLY Father and child.
Also very important notes:
1. Sir Mugo wasn't ACTUALLY the one who met MC as a child. That was the Mystery Mugo who told him what to do to save himself. We find this out at S1 finale
2. Sir Mugo was the one who was insistent on letting MC leave and live his life freely outside of their home. He was the one who pushed him away thinking he was doing the right thing as a caring God figure.

wowwwww ngl it’s cute. buttttt, the plot was honestly plotting in the beginning but wow the more it went on the weirder it got. like it’s pretty good but it feels halfassed and don’t get me started on the mirror brother. they made it look like he was gonna be a cool and dangerous villain but he gets defeated by a mental breakdown from the truth? also why did he think that MC was his sister/some girl who’s pretending to be her? how would he know? i doubt the consort or the saint b*tch would’ve known the past and known that the MC was the girl from the past?
idk if this is the beginning of the ending but it felt so rushed like it felt like a “fuck it here you go damn” moment or a “with the power of friendship/love” moment. very anticlimactic.
still the story is cute and the art is nice too. this is just a story where u kinda shut off your brain so u don’t end up questioning parts of the story.
but hey this is still a villainess manhwa so i’m still gonna eat it up.
