He was far more injured as he was bleeding and half of his face swole twice its original size that when a certain character saw him by chance, he barely recognized Abel due to his physical state.
Iirc in the novel, Karas killed several doctors doctors who couldn't help Abel's situation. Manhwa Karas really is far tamer than his novel counterpart
Idk about y'all but I love that the side characters doesn't revolve around being mindless yesmen to the main characters and that they have their own goals. Makes them more three dimensional and complex, like a real person.
I mean I get it, we can't get enough of Abel and Karas, but don't forget that the novel/manhwa is more plot-driven rather than character-driven I get that most BL stories are character-driven but still, it's nice that a BL has an actual plot for once
