Yamamoto-sensei really knows how to start a story interesting... and then she stretches it out and starts making endless chapters of nothing, and then always introduces a second or even a third couple and redirects the attention away from the main couple and any possible plot, she also starts making extra and unnecessary chapters.
I don't know, I feel her mangas are way too long, or better say, she doesn't know how to handle long mangas, she should end them earlier rather than later, and have some faster character development so the story moves. I don't know, I always lose interest at some point.
i kinda feel the same way too, or at least she could've make spin-offs or parallel stories, so that the stories of one couple don't drag to much, and other couples can get a proper lightspot. just imo tho

The kid never grew up not even a little bit, as if the story had taken place in three months.
Some "plots" were excessively elaborated for the ending they got.
Villains were villains just for the sake of it, the reasons were too shallow.
You tell me whatever you want but Estelle and Kaizen doesn't make a good couple, and they were never a couple tbh.
The ending was atrocious, empty, senseless and with nothing to look forward to.

Man! The curiosity got the best of me, and despite reading the comments I went and... well I didn't read it, I started, then cringed, skipped most of the chapter then read the end.

Somehow this manga started REALLY GOOD, then we got the "author never getting over Yuki" and then everything started going south, people were angry, Ue and Mafuyu despite going out felt strangely apart, as if the author was never convinced of giving Mafuyu to Ue. Then there's semi-rape, forced sex, unattended feelings, and the band "Given" WHICH IS THE NAME OF THE FUCKING MANGA is never really the center of the story.
I didn't like the second half of the manga and the ending feels sooooo anticlimactic.
I'm so tired of Korean unable to make any type of variety with their protagonist, there's always one, two or ALL of them unnecessarily bloated, muscles that look like balloons. But what I hate the most is musclesxmuscles, I've hated bara since I was young, I never thought Koreans would make their norm.

I love this mangaka, her stories are a bit weird but also strangely wholesome.
I get captivated by her pairs pretty easily. And I like how "crude" the relationships are despite the soft drawing.
I love her characters are not perfect, and they have flaws outside the classic yaoi tropes.
I used to love this mangaka because I feel she writes good characters and different from the classic pairs... but I just read two chapters of this thing and I feel she's applying the Minhwa formula and is making a milder "Jinx", sports seme being asshole and irrational, being a prick just for the sake of it.

I tried, but I dislike Mu'er way too much, and this thing Curtis is turning into is weird. I mean, I never liked his possessiveness, but at least it made sense, and at least he was consistent. Mu'er feels like a consolation prize everyone has agreed to treat like a 1st place prize.
