I feel like certain manwhas have this obsession with glossing/romanticizing non-con. I'm really not feeling the psychological factor of this manwha, and trust me, I've read a few. After reading a few manwhas, I either feel empty or that I've gained a form of insight on mental illnesses and why people act the way they do. But I feel like the author is romanticizing ML being assaulted. It's honestly so detailed and goes on for so long (maybe to make the audience feel uncomfortable?). I get that the story is based on revenge, but I don't like the fact that a victim's emotions/trauma are being glossed over. Man has just been raped, but yeah, let's eat breakfast. I'm not trying to sound smart, but it's rubbing me the wrong way. Before you say I'm soft, I've read manwhas with similar plots that go about it the right way without being straight rape. Tell me what you think because I'm actually so curious to know if I'm just being a tad bit dramatic. (abeg I mean well)
