I also couldn't finish ch. 75 and took a few weeks off yaoi. But then something told me to come back, so I pushed myself through it and the character development after 75 is very well done. Although, there is more dumb stuff happening to Seth after that. Im just hoping for a rainbow at the end of the storm for Seth at this point, but knowing the lore, not very likely....
