Okay, so the MC is a seme who is spoiled and comes from a rich family. Uke is older and they live in the same apartment complex. If I'm remembering it right the uke wasn't interested but seme kept pursuing him. That's all I really remember does this ring any bells with anyone?

Yep this keep happening to me with some webtoons and I'm like "STOOOP WHY DID I FALL AGAIN HERE D:" I need a new list called I WONT READ THIS
I was this person until recently haha so I make it habit to bookmark where I left off on those I liked to read and scratching those I didn't off my list. Sometimes, update list shows forgotten manga flagging it as already viewed by me, but when I checked it out and saw no bookmarks, I stayed clear of those immediately.
And YES an I WON'T READ THIS list would be a lot helpful
