Only reason I don’t give it 5 starts is because they had such a heavy plot and backstory like the presence of witches just to solve it in one episode. I think they picked a subject for the wow factor but it ended up being too big to handle.
SPOILER: the emperor basically gave up on his heir because he thought the prince was allied with the witches, but ended the war and prejudice against their existence because of the words of a girl? A girl that made herself important because of coffee? Does the writer know how ridiculous it sounds? I’m not saying is not possible to change, but he was even suspicious of coffee time meetings as the duchess plotting stuff instead of a cultural exchange, yet are you saying such a distrusting man let the war go THAT easily?
